Cancellation/ Make-up Policy
We understand that little ones get sick and life can be unpredictable! Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair and flexible as possible while also keeping our small business running smoothly and honoring the limited number of spots available in each group.
Please review our policies below:
• Classes may be rescheduled within the current semester for any reason with at least 3 days’ notice, based on availability.
• In the case of illness or emergency, one (1) same-day cancellation may be made up per semester. Make-ups must be completed within the current semester.
• Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel — some sessions do have waitlists.
• No-shows without notice will not be eligible for a make-up class or refund.
• Refunds are not issued for customer cancellations.
• If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather, rescheduling options will be communicated via HiSawyer messaging.
If you’re enrolled for a full semester and need to schedule a make-up due to illness or emergency, please email 914PLAYS@gmail.com to arrange your make-up session.
Sibling Policy
We love welcoming families and understand that siblings may need to attend from time to time 💛
• Siblings under 12 months are welcome to come along, but for their safety they must remain in a carrier or stay in the waiting area (in a car seat or with another supervising adult).
• Siblings over age 6 are also welcome to attend. They must either be registered for the class or remain in the waiting area with another adult for the duration of the session.
Thank you for helping us keep our play space safe and enjoyable for everyone!
