Cancellation Policy

OUR PLAYGROUP CANCELLATION POLICY:

We try to be fair and flexible with our cancellations, as we understand children get sick and life happens! This is kept in mind when creating our policies, while balancing the need to keep the business running effectively as well as honoring the number of children that our playgroups can accommodate. Please read our policies below:

•      We offer one makeup class option for students who purchase full semesters or class packs. We do not offer switches.

•      We do not offer makeups, switches or refunds for drop-in classes unless class is canceled due to inclement weather.

No-shows without notice will not be offered a make-up

If you are registered for a full semester and miss a class due to illness or emergency, a make-up class option will be available. Email us to schedule your make-up: 914PLAYS@gmail.com

If you purchase a class pack, you can use the classes in your pack at your own discretion, however once you choose your classes, there are no make-up classes, switches or refunds unless there is inclement weather.

If you purchase a drop-in class, there are no makeup classes, switches, or refunds unless there is inclement weather.
