914 PLAYS offers a whole-child approach to early learning through pretend play, collaborative art, sensory exploration, and independent play while nurturing a strong parent–child community.
More than messy play, 914 PLAYS combines hands-on sensory experiences with rich opportunities for imaginative play, social connection, and creative expression. Each week, children explore themed sensory setups and pretend-play areas like kitchens, markets, building zones, and art tables that invite open-ended exploration and storytelling. Ages 1-6
60-Minute Playgroup
Sensory, Art & Play is at the heart of 914 PLAYS programming. For this hour, the entire studio becomes a space just for children, where we play alongside them and witness the magic unfold. This playgroup invites children and siblings to explore, imagine, and create together with a caregiver. Each 60-minute session combines hands-on sensory experiences, imaginative play, and creative art projects that nurture curiosity, self-expression, and social connection.
From the moment you arrive, your child can jump into tactile discovery, pouring, scooping, squishing, splashing, and using tools to explore thoughtfully prepared sensory materials. The environment is intentionally open-ended, giving children the freedom to follow their interests, move at their own pace, and engage naturally with others, while caregivers share in the experience.
Each week introduces a new pretend play scene, collaborative art activities, and inviting sensory stations designed to encourage creativity and connection. Experiences are crafted to inspire conversation, cooperation, imagination, and the development of fine motor and problem-solving skills.

90-Minute Enrichment Class
Where play is the curriculum.
Play School Club is a joyful, play-based class designed to gently introduce your child to preschool routines in a warm, low-pressure environment.
Each class includes:
• A short circle time with stories, songs, and movement
• Themed, hands-on learning centers such as play dough letter mats, counting with pom poms, color sorting, and simple science explorations
• Process-based crafts using a variety of art materials like paint, glue, collage, stamping, and mixed media
• Group games that reinforce skills like listening, turn-taking, counting, color recognition, and following directions
• Open-ended sensory play and social time
• A closing group snack and story
Throughout each session, we intentionally practice preschool skills such as following directions, taking turns, participating in group activities, transitioning between tasks, and building independence. Children engage in cooperative games, help with simple responsibilities, and learn to interact confidently and respectfully with peers.
Little learners explore early concepts like letters, numbers, colors, and shapes through playful, themed experiences that change weekly, while strengthening fine motor skills through cutting, gluing, painting, and creating.
Perfect for ages 2 to 5, this class is ideal for families looking for a preschool feel in a nurturing, playful setting. Songs, stories, games, crafts, snacks, and school-ready skills all come together in one engaging class.

90-Minute Open Play
Because toddlers deserve a happy hour too!
914 Toddler Happy Hour is a relaxed, fun-filled 90-minute indoor open play experience designed for children ages 1–6. This unstructured hour gives little ones the freedom to unwind, explore, and play at their own pace in a thoughtfully designed space.
The play space is set with open-ended sensory stations (no paint or messy art), playhouses, building areas, and a variety of age-appropriate toys that encourage imagination, fine motor development, creativity, and movement. Children can build, pretend, explore textures, and move freely without the structure of a traditional class.
This low-pressure, welcoming environment allows children to engage in both independent and social play, while caregivers relax, connect, and enjoy the moment. Whether your child loves sensory exploration, imaginative fun, or active play, there’s something here for every age and stage.
914 Toddler Happy Hour
(Ages 1-6)
✨ Know Before You Go ✨
We are so excited to welcome you to 914 PLAYS! To help keep our space safe, smooth, and enjoyable for everyone, here are a few helpful things to know before you arrive.
1) Shoe-Free Facility: 914 PLAYS is a shoe-free space. Grip socks or bare feet are welcome for both children and adults.
2) Sibling Guidelines: We love welcoming families!
• Siblings under 12 months are welcome to attend but must remain in a carrier or stay in the waiting area (in a car seat or with another supervising adult) for safety.
• Siblings over age 5 are welcome to attend but must be registered for class or remain in the waiting area with another adult.
3) Dress for Mess: Our play experiences are hands-on and sensory-rich. While most materials are washable, we recommend play clothes you don’t mind getting messy.
4) Arrival: Doors open about 5 minutes before class begins. Please plan to arrive on time so your child can fully participate in our group activities.
5) Health & Wellness: If your child has a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, persistent cough, or is not feeling well, please stay home. We are happy to help you arrange a make-up class when space allows.
6) Caregiver Supervision: 914 PLAYS is a caregiver-supervised space. Adults must remain present and actively supervising their child at all times.
7) Photos: We may occasionally capture photos during class for social media and promotional purposes. If you prefer your child not be photographed, please let us know.
